As you step onto the retreat grounds, a deep sense of calm washes over you. In the lap of beautiful mother nature, you feel like you can just be.
This first day is about arriving—physically, mentally, emotionally. You’ll meet your facilitators and fellow participants, and ease into the space that will hold you for the next five days.
How you’ll feel: Lighter, settled, ready to receive.
What you’ll gain: Clarity on why you’re here and what you want to take away from this journey.



Day 5
Integration | Taking It Home with You
You came here with questions. With weight. With a feeling that something needed to change. Now, you leave with clarity, purpose, and the tools to live life on your terms.
The final day is all about integration. We’ll reflect on the journey, solidify the lessons learned, and create a plan for how to bring this new version of yourself into your daily life.
How you’ll feel: Grounded, grateful, and ready for what’s next.
What you’ll gain: A new way of seeing yourself and your life, a strong community, and a sense of inner peace.

The Deep Dive | Emotional Release & Healing
Tears may flow. Laughter may burst out of you unexpectedly. Years of stored tension, emotions, and unspoken words will start to melt away. This is the day walls come down, and real change begins.
You’ll go inward like never before. Through guided breathwork, emotional release exercises, and heart-opening practices, you’ll create space for healing—real, tangible, soul-level healing.
How you’ll feel: Raw, free, and deeply alive.
What you’ll gain: Emotional release, a lighter heart, and the ability to face discomfort with courage.

Rebuilding | Stepping Into Your Power
This is the day when things shift. Where you start seeing yourself differently—stronger, clearer, and more in control of your own story.
We’ll dive into self-expression, boundary-setting, and personal power. You’ll gain practical tools to step into the life you desire—whether it’s in your relationships, career, or self-growth.
How you’ll feel: Empowered, deeply connected to yourself, and ready to create real change.
What you’ll gain: Confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.

Mapping Your Life | Looking At The Bigger Picture
Your life has been a journey—some parts flowing with ease, others feeling like a struggle. Today, we pause to truly see it all.
This day is about reflection. Where have you been? Where are you now? Where do you want to go? Through two powerful exercises, you’ll gain deep insight into the patterns, highs, and challenges that have shaped you.
How you’ll feel: A mix of clarity, realization, and a deep sense of self-awareness.
What you’ll gain: A clearer understanding of your life’s journey, and a roadmap for where you need to focus.
