Refund Policy for Life by Design Retreats

Thank you for choosing Life by Design retreats organised by RAYZEN Creative LLP. We understand that circumstances may arise that could lead to the need for a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your reservation.

  • 80% Refund: If you choose to cancel your reservation, you will be eligible for an 80% refund if the cancellation is made before 30 days from the start date of the retreat.

  • 60% Refund: Cancellations made within 25 days of the retreat start date will be eligible for a 60% refund.

  • 25% Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days of the retreat start date will be eligible for a 25% refund.

  • No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date.

Refund Request Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to lbdretreat@gmail.com

  • Refund requests should include the full name of the participant, the payment screenshot, and the reason for the cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the written request.

Transfer of Tickets:

  • Tickets are transferable to another individual. Please notify us in writing of any changes to the participant at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event that the retreat is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, RAYZEN Creative LLP will provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.
